She completed the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School in 1999 and went on to train at a major law practice in Manchester before qualifying as a solicitor in 2001. After working for a leading national firm in Birmingham she has chosen to specialise in Private Client work and joined Thomson & Bancks LLP in June 2006. Rachel deals with all aspects of Wills and Probate to include Will drafting, Inheritance Tax planning, administering estates Enduring Powers of Attorney and Receivership matters.
