Paul graduated with an Honours Degree in Law from University of Wales Institute of Science and Technology in Cardiff in 1983 and was admitted as a solicitor in 1986. He joined the firm in 1990 and became a partner in 1994.

As a fee earner he has involvement in both our Commercial and Personal Injury and Litigation Departments. His principal areas of work are litigation, employment law, contract and business agreements. Paul is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. His advocacy skills were developed during the years when he concentrated on family law, criminal prosecution and defence work - and more recently in the civil courts and the Employment Tribunal.
