Before any advice can be given on the division of family assets there has to be full disclosure of both parties income, capital and pensions, to see what is available for distribution.

Any decision made on distribution has to be from a position of knowledge.

With this information and armed with the needs and requirements of each party and the family in general, we hope to be able to assist you to divide the family assets in a workable apportionment agreeable to both parties.
